First, she deserves it for her wardrobe. She has worn an outfit made out of Kermit the Frogs, a lacy dress of death, underwear and a leather jacket, and the latest, a meat dress. Someone should knock some sense into that girl.
Second, she boarded a plane wearing this:
She already had the restraints, handcuffs for her hands and the belt for her ankles, they should have implored those and spanked her. Then send her on her way and let the paparazzi take pics of her red ass as warning for the other celebrities.
How about six or more of the best strokes of a pliable stinging cane applied to her bare bottom. I am sure she would go GaGa over it.
