She fuckin' hates me...

I'm sure that is how Owen feels sometimes. I raise my voice at him, I nag him, I say terrible things, and then regret it all so much. Why do I do this? Is it because I'm insecure? Or because I'm just that way? Or am I just constantly asking for it? I don't really know the answers. I hate the feeling though. The endless cycle of anger, guilt, regret, and disappoint. Will I ever stop?

I sure as hell hope so.
